Toma was born as the oldest son of Ikuta family 20 years ago. His interest of music had been seen since he was still small. He started taking piano lesson when he was still 7 and a few years later he formed a band together with some of his friends. The band turned out to be quite successful, yet since it was only consisted of a bunch of small boys and it hadn't debuted yet, the band was deformed after a few years.

But that didn't mean that Toma left his music path entirely. His passion of music made him wanted to develop himself more, thus he started taking vocal lesson other than his piano lesson. He loved singing but another part of him was searching for something else. That was when he started to compose songs.

He first submitted his piece on a competition during his 2nd year of high school. Surprisingly, he got the 2nd place. From that time on, Toma continued training his skill by composing more and more, and some even came out as the winner in some competitions. Knowing that this was the path he wanted to walk on, Toma decided to continue his education at Toho Gakuen, school of music, in Tokyo. While trying to finish his education, he decided to find a decent job for living and submit his application to Turbo Records.
